I've always hoped for a Half-Life movie. It has all of the components to make a great movie. In my opinion this is the greatest story ever told in a video game. HL is truly epic.

this is the way a movie about Half Life should be made; not involve Freeman. you can have other characters mention what he's doing, which then ties it back to the game, but we don't need him as the main character. valve look impressed by this which might hopefully lead them to relinquish their tight hold on the rights to a movie - Uwe Boll has been hounding Valve for a while about making the movie but valve (quite rightly) don't want some turd brain like Boll to ruin their IP with a sub-standard flick.
