CD Drive won't rip songs from the disk
Some songs got lost in my HDD so I was doing the usual replacing them by ripping them from the CD. The album is stadium arcadium and I tried it with itunes which ripped about 3 songs and then the rest of them it added them but they didn't have any information just the title and the song length was 780 minutes or something like that.
Windows media player wont rip them at all and I'm not sure what to do. I've tried installing games and watching dvd's to see if the drive is fucked but they work perfectly. Anyone got any ideas It just seems to be this cd and its never out its case and the cd's are both in mint condition.

If the disc still plays, sound like the laser on your cd drive is dieing or needs cleaning. Can use a cd cleaning product from any store to clean it. But no disc should work properly if this is the case.

An old LG dvd read drive I had stopped reading DVDs after a while so I pitched it and got a new one. It was still reading cds at the time.

winamp also has a nice ripper in it, you can slow your drive way down which can help.
