BSOD on 9850be

Hi guys... I keep getting a BSOD with "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within an allocated time" I thought it was the overclock going south... but I set the cpu and memory back to stock speeds and it still does it to me now... Anyone know what the hell that is reffering to? it does it mainly when just surfing the net...
