Subscribed threads..

Ok my email box is filling up & how do I shut off the subscriptions. It seems to do this automatically. I went thru last night & deleted them, but it seems every thread you make a post in you get it added again....

System Specs

You can turn off Email notifications through User CP, Edit Options, and use the drop down menu to turn off notifications.

Pictures are easier on the eyes though, thanks Lotus.
