My Dvd Rom disappeared?!?!??

My Dvd Rom disappeared!??!?! Just noticed it 10 minutes ago,, and restarted computer etc I can find the Dvd rom on Bios aswell..

Here is a picture =)




anyone know how to fix this ?

System Specs

IF the bios cant locate it then perhaps the cable inside your tower got disconnected.

Done that,, pugged it in and out just to check no changez... hmmm

Read that and run the fix.

And if it is detected inside of Device Manager, then it is definitely detected in the BIOS.

Look at the screenshot, it is detected in Windows, why would you assume it isn't detected in the BIOS?

Have you ever seen a drive be detected in Windows, but not in the BIOS?
