Need help with Sapphire HD 2400 XT 256MB bios! ***REWARD OFFERED***

Hi all, I have been modding an Sapphire HD 2400 256MB XT bios and it seems to now not let my card show any image by some pink garbled lines. I can blind flash the card so if ANYONE has an original Bios lying around i will be forever greatfull. Here is a picture of my card:

Any Kind soul willing to send me their original bios would be very appreciated.
Kindest Regards
Jamie Cruickshank

I have tried around 20 different bios files and my original one got corrupt so i need one of this model.

I am willing to give you a free Rapidshare account or £5 via paypal if you can get me the Working bios.

Thanks In Advance

i have bricked my card so i can only see atrefacts on the screen and no writting i am using ATIFLASH in dos to flash the files and using the -log option and it is flashing the card however i cannot get the card working because i need the original Sapphire 2400 XT bios from one of there cards because it has things like built in audio. I just need someone with one of these cards to send me a dump so i can reuse the card. I was flasing it to an 2400 Pro to work with MAC but my original file has been corrupt.

Download that bios I said, rename it from xxxx.bin to xxxx.rom and have another go.

All ATI cards from HD2000 series have built in audio, that bios should work fine.

I found a bios for a Sapphire 2400 Pro 256mb, here's the link:

http://www.mvktech.net/component/opt...rent,category/

Here's another one for the Pro:

http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/9...56.070517.html

The difference between the Pro and XT probably is just clock speeds.

You might have to force flash it as it is a different manufacturer.

This is correct, very corrupt, as in i cannot make out anything, the card was working perfectly before i put the 2400 Pro bios on it. this is why i am thinking i need a sapphire one.

Why did you try flashing it to a Pro?

And with recent cards, all the BIOSes are the same, all manufacturer's change is their code to identify them and clock speeds on factory overclocked versions.

I was flashing it with a Pro bios because i was doing an OSX86 project and osx reqognises the Pro more than the XT.

Give that a try, clock speeds and Manufacturer now match the specs of the Sapphire 2400XT.

I have included a rom and bin, in case one or other doesnt work.

If neither work, I cant think of anything else to try beyond an original bios. You should have really backed up your original first.

You can use winflash, but only if you have another card to boot from, while still leaving the 2400XT installed

And I take it you are powering down your system, and the powering up again to test the new bios?
