Just reading some weight lifting stuff, ugh it's a crap ton to learn and I'm probably doing it wrong lol.

Basically I'm doing dumb bell curls. I'm working, but it's not too heavy but I'm not doing sets (i.e 4x10 reps or whatever) however, I am seeing pretty good results and I've only been lifting 3 days a week for the past 2 weeks with 15lb dumb bells, last workout I did 13 reps and I increase it 1 rep each time.

Should I continue just increasing the reps by 1 each workout or do something like 4 sets of 10 or something? I dunno about the sets, but I read it's best to add more reps each time you workout so the muscle is working or whatever?

I wish I had a bench

I like weight training, it's easy, enjoyable and makes me feel "pumped" and best of all, I see results within 2 weeks. I just wish I had more equipment, only have 2 15lb dumbbells at the moment, had to ditch my bar bell when I moved out :S

I've also recently been wearing better fitted t-shirts so the arms are kind of short and shows my arms better

debating on whether i should cut down the case front i have with a fancy display in it and mount it on the side of the case i've got as it has temp sensors and fan controllers built in it, which would mean i have some drilling to do

Just got done fixing my windshield washer fluid tube, changing the oil, checking the brakes, helping my dad fix their water hose, and attempted getting our dash off to fix our system but i ran out of steam. Need to get some sleep now.
