iTunes on Macbook Pro

itunes won't run on a mac book pro, any ideas?
It says something about not having permission to run it on this hard disk, there is only one hard disk and one admin user, someone please help.

if itunes wont run then it could be a possible curuption.

go to your application folder and if itunes is in there now drag it to trash and delete it. try reinstalling it.

maybe boot in safe mode on your mac as well and see if you can reinstall it. (and yes, you can boot in safe mode if you didn't know that)

i don't like the interface with those, is there an update for mail that makes the interface close to outlook? and thunderbird as well does not seem to be working... transferring from outlook to thunderbird has been hard work.
