getting shocked when touching PC

Well everytime I touch the PC case, I get a little electric shock...sometimes more, sometimes less. I had a cable on my PS which I was suppose to connect to the case as ground, so I did, could that be why I get shocked? did not happen to me before the PS change...dont want to fry my hardware *G*...

so what do you guys think?

PS: last shock was not that little *G*

cheers
DS

If you turn of your Computer, unplug the Power from it, press the On button and it'll drain the rest of the electricity remaining in your Computer, a trickle charge.
