Twitter pode ser banido no Parlamento alemão
Sábado retrasado (23/05), um anúncio polêmico, por microblog, tomou conta das mídias alemãs e européias: o presidente da Alemanha, Hörst Köhler, tinha sido reeleito. Por volta de quinze minutos antes da declaração oficial.
Quem noticiou primeiro foi Julia Klöckner, membro da coligação do novo velho presidente. No Twitter, ela escreveu: “Pessoal, vocês podem assistir o futebol em paz. A votação foi um sucesso“. Depois, outro político, Ulrich Kelber, comunicou a contagem de votos. Dos seguidores virtuais da dupla alemã para os outros membros do Parlamento foi apenas um curto passo. Apesar do anúncio já ser esperado pela nação, a maneira prévia como foi feita irritou o alto escalão da política do país. Agora, o acesso ao Twitter está sob a ameaça de ser banido das sessões parlamentares. Quem lidera o movimento são membros do próprio partido que os dois políticos envolvidos na polêmica estão afiliados, o Partido Social Democrata. Sob pedido do líder da bancada, o grupo de deputados com grande experiência no Bundestag (Parlamento da Alemanha), o nomeado “Conselho dos Anciãos”, decidirá se o serviço de microblog deve ser banido, ou não. Além do resultado da eleição, alguns detalhes de discussões fechadas estão sendo reveladas pelo Twitter, o que vem incomodando alguns políticos locais.
