is that chpset fan anything like the NF4 version? Evercool makes a few sorted as VGA coolers but were very similar to the NF4 versions. IIRC its the VC-RE (twinkle) coler. Newegg had em for like 8-12 bucks.

Sorry I should of stated that it is for a NF4 board. I have a VC-RE on there now and it has started to get a very annoying buzzing sound over the last month. I will pick up another VC-RE if I can't find a original chipset fan soon.

Mine at full speed was a bit louder, but I never got any odd sounds in the couple years I ran it. Maybe you got one with a bad fan. May want to PM bogmali as he got the SLIDR I sold with both fans (was some time ago, but i hope she is still in action somewhere...lol).

FYI if you get either take the time to lap them. took 7*C off my NB temps.
