price is tempting, how well does it overclock, and will this work with a Abit 3rd eye fatality motherboard, cause my Amd opteron 144 didn't work properly with this board keep over heating to 120c then comp shut off lol, but when i tried same cpu in asus a8v e deluxe it worked fine
