[WTB] Under $25 PCI Express Graphics Card

I Need a cheap but somewhat decent GPU for an extreme budget build that I am doing for a family member. Has to be able to play some games at 1280X1024. If anybody has something that will fit my budget let me know ASAP please. Thanks

I have my 8400 GS, i played TF2 and photoshop on it with dual 1024's for a week, worked great.

That could work, I would like to see some more offers first though okay? I am thinking something possibly a little more powerful than an 8400 but I am not sure what all I can get in this price range

Well my niece wants to play The Sims 3, not sure about my Nephew but I think just some small steam games at most.

If only I could find an 8500GT or an 8600 that would last a little longer for them, even a 7600 and up. Which I am sure is asking a lot for this price.

I have the x800XL in Rig4 in my sig. I'm replacing it with the 9600GSO I have sitting right next to me, I just haven't had a reason to actually do it. I say $1+Shipping.
