Mafia II

IMO Mafia II is shaping up to be better then GTA IV in graphics and storyline. The game is based on the 1945 to mid 1955 era in a fictional city called Empire Bay. Empire Bay is 10 square miles and has 20 diverse neighborhoods. The main protagonist you play is named Veto. Game play seems typical for a game in this genre. But the physics are impressive. However, we will have to wait and see what this game is all about when it's released this autumn (hopefully sooner). In the meantime take a look at the videos below:
trailer
trailer 2
Demonstration

A day in the Life Part1
A day in the Life Part2
A day in the Life Part3

Make sure you watch them in HD. (profanity is found in the videos).

In A day in the Life videos it looks to me that a controller was used. He missed a lot of shots and looked like he had trouble aiming

The game was pushed back until March a while ago. The current projected release date in the UK is 26th March 2010 (it'll be a few days earlier for you guys in the US)

I really want this game, but I don't want to wait until March.

Thinking that too. Look better is all as those vids don't even show a 10th what you see in GTA 4.

In those vids they were to careful and made me suspicious if the game can do any thing what you see happening in GTA 4.

Loved the 1st one and would buy the second for sure at this time.

I am not sure I understand your here. The city itself is 10 square miles with 20 diverse neighborhoods. Furthermore, I noticed attention to detail like the truck that used it's right turn signal (IE: the right brake like blinked to indicate a turn. Working traffic lights and the ped who ran out of the way of the vehicle when crossing the street. The destructible enviroments and other impressive physics. And, the GOW type of cover system used during the fire fights are just snippets of what we saw. There maybe more then that however, we would have to wait and see when the game is released

Ya i can't wait for it, it looks amazing and the story should be better then GTA IV's.

I forgot this game was releasing on PC, lets just hope its optimized.

Lets hope it comes out sooner then later.

If the games got it show it dammit make people want to buy it and not make people like me worried that there not telling\showing you some thing.
