Ya got my cancellation email yesterday.

EDIT: Just logged into my Dell account and the order is back in production...it showed cancelled yesterday, I double checked after receiving the email to make sure it was updated on their end...

I'm going to guess they cancelled a bunch of orders and then got a bunch of people calling in really pissed and are not honoring the price.

However, they might just have all of them tied up in limbo right now while they try to decided what to do. My guess is some kind of compromise will be offered to all the customers that placed an order, something like a $100 credit for use towards buying something on their site or something like that, but I want my damn drive!

Nah, they got an 8600GT for $109. I think I could live with a $9 8600GT.

That is assuming they give us a credit, that was just what my guess was.

Yeah I know, Dell arent that bad (YET

Some of their stuff isnt bad (eg, $67 1.5TB external HDD

), but other things are just.................................

edit: just got off the phone, they say there out of stock and thats why my order got cancled and they will put my in the priority list and they will call when its available and i can get it for the same price when it comes in stock!
