1 month old HD clicking loud, but now it has stopped?

For the last 2 days, it was making horrible clicking sounds. When watching a move or even defragging it.

I decided to move all my files to a different drive and all of a sudden, the noise stops.. WTF?

Should I RMA it anyways?

I'm moving a few files back and it seems quiet still. No more clicking or grinding noise.

It's a Samsung 2 TB drive. Strictly used for storage.
