1100T in full working condition
CPU only
Should do close to 6.6 CPU-Z on LN2, I got 5.53 with conservative voltage. Benches 3D 6.1-6.2 GHz.
4 GHz on water @ 1.44v.

Pristine condition, looks mint. Doesn't perform mint. It would make a great keychain!
This chip did 4.3 stable, 4.8 32M, 5.1 CPU-Z on air, 5.8 on DICE CPU-Z as seen in AMD section @ XS.
Died stock settings on LN2, unknown cause. Coldbugged hard, then kicked the bucket. Guessing cracked die.
$5 shipped with the 1100T, $10 shipped on its own.
So $135 takes the 1100T, $140 both, $10 for your future Phenom II keychain/paperweight.
If it helps, I am only selling because I need to replace the 955 I killed.
