I need a socket 1366 motherboard for an i7 920. Looking to spend $100 maybe a little more. Also need 3x2gb or 2x2gb or 2x4gb DDR3 for same build. My gf is due for an upgrade from her c2d and I got the i7 CPU cheap so help her out! She'll make you cake! :D

    Thanks. :toast:

Have you ever purchased refurbished boards from them before?

Yep, refurbished ASRock AM2NF3-VSTA, 4CoreDual-SATA2, K8NF6P-VSTA, 775Xfire-VSTA and P4VM890 (that one was the DOA one, got store credit by returning it). Have a refurb ASUS M5A99X EVO on the way, and I bought a "new" Foxconn A7DA-S made in 2009 that works perfectly, along with a brand new Biostar A780L3B/Sempron combo.

There's always a risk refurbs or not, but the stuff is super cheap at Geeks. Most my boards were $25 each, although they were boards only. Be sure to look at the pics to make sure you're getting backplates and accessories or not. Good luck!

The board I got form Arrakis+9 is junk so I'm on the lookout again. Anyone have a 1366 board (that's still under warranty) forsale?

MSI is good. I've never got a bad MSI product. I've broken MSI motherboard by flashing the wrong BIOS to it and they even sent me a BIOS chip for free with the right BIOS and when that didn't work MSI will replaced it anyways. I've had nothing but good dealings with them (which is why both of my 6870s are from them.) Definitely a beast of a motherboard right there. I can say I personally love not having a single PCI slot on my motherboard. PCI-E all the way.

I do have a PCI WiFi card I won't be able to use. It's a bit overkill for what I need but if the price is right... :)
