Hi TPU.
I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card and monitor to 2560x1440.
I use my PC for-
work (so word processing, spreadsheets etc)
making music (reason, ableton etc)
general entertainment (tunes, dvds, youtube etc)
occaisional gaming (recently been playing Grid Autosport and Supreme Commander, which work surprisingly well at 1680 x 1050 even with my puny geforce 210)
So I want more pixels to open more stuff up at once, hence looking to go 1440p.
I want the screen to be pleasant to look at for long periods of time.
The graphics card must be very quiet except during gaming or other heavy use.
I'm not hell bent on gaming performance, though it would be nice to play some recent titles at high resolution.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
