Try pressing "F5" to load defaults, then save and exit, then re-try setting changes.

Make sure your CMOS battery is good... maybe try another.
Make sure your CMOS header is in the 1-2 position not 2-3. 1-2 is for normal use.

Turbo wouldn't work on my board when I first got it, a bios release fixed it though. It seems to be a common problem on some X79 boards. I think only Asus got it right from launch.

Unfortunately, I think my motherboard is slowly dying :shadedshu

I got the Asus RIVE, the latest Bios is no good for a 3930K, as its made for the newer CPU'S (4XXXK Chips). So a 3XXX bios works with a 3XXX CPU and a 4XXX Bios works with a 4XXX CPU. On the X79 boards, its not good advise to tell people unless they have the latest CPU, which he doesn't.
