Does anyone have the new Zalman contact number?

They wont respond to my phone calls regarding me trying to replace or purchase a backplate to mount my 9900 Max cpu cooler. Of course they dont respond to emails.

Ive looked through old threads on this forum for people having issues, but the posted phone numbers i've been able to find are no longer in service.

Any help would be great, my desktop has been MIA for the last two weeks, and im itching to get it up and working.

You could try contacting the entities listed in thier website WHOIS and see if they can get you more contact info:

Not guaranteeing it will work, however it might be a start

Have you tried filling out the RMA/Parts Request Form on their site?

Yes, I have, twice, and sent one message to their support email as well, no response.

Remix: I had no luck with that, but thanks for the help.

I also ordered this on newegg, and since I waited more than 15 days to install it (I had to RMA my mobo before this) I cant go through them, because they wont touch it after 2 weeks.

I still havent recieved a response from Zalman. I ended up ordering the same fan again from amazon, taking the backing out of the box, and sending it back. Screw Zalman.

Yeah, their poor customer service is why I stopped using Zalman products several years ago when I couldn't get an RMA on my CNPS9700.

Small update, I recieved no email for over a month from zalman, nothing, I ended up buying another fan on amazon, taking out the plate and returning it.

Well, this morning I got a package from zalman with the backing/cables/thermal paste. I've had no contact with them, no phone call, no email response, and they just sent a package full of this stuff out of the blue, over a month after I asked them to. Very strange.
