New gaming PC 600~800U$: FX8350 or i5 4430? Need build too

I need a new computer for gaming (max settings with BF4 and new games), but I can't decide if I go with Intel or save some money with AMD. So can you guys help me with a config, please? My budget range: 600 ~ 800 U$.

Or should I go with an AMD FX8350? Will it cost less but with almost same performance? Can you guys suggest me an AMD build?

The more I can save (U$), the better (best cost x benefit).

FX8350 because its overclockable. the i5 is nice though its not a K model.

This. I ran one with a GTX 780 and it never let me down. Rts games and things like crisis 3 did not play well, but I used it for BF3 and all the other latest games at high settings and it was awesome. Overclocked mine to 4.4 within minutes.

Plus BF4 is mantle, so if that's all you really play, then your cpu doesn't matter much at all.

Fx8350 Only because it is over lockable. Or better yet, save even more money and go with an FX6350 since the extra two cores on the 8350 won't be used by games anyway.

That way you can put a little more money in the motherboard or GPU.

Edit:You know what, I threw together an Intel Build just to see what I came up with, and I'd go with:

That is $827. I know, slightly over your budget, but you get a Liquid CPU cooler that will let you easily push the Devil's Canyon CPU to 4.4GHz+. If I was doing an Intel build, this is what I would do. Also note, the GPU is identical to the 280 picked in the OP, they even use the same PCB and cooler. The only difference is the plastic shroud on the cooler, and the 280 BIOS.
