Hello, I would like to build a mini-ITX computer for around $600 before the cost of monitor, keyboard and mouse. But including the price of Windows 8.1. I would like a small form factor - if mini ITX is the wrong way to go, please correct me. I want to do light gaming and Photoshop. I was looking at AMD processors but only because they seemed like better deals in my price range. But i have nothing against Intel and can go with them if you think I should. I would like a hybrid hard drive of 320-500GB or more, or a SSD of at least 240GB. I would also like 8GB RAM. For graphics capabilities, I need integrated or dedicated graphics as fast as HD 4400 AT LEAST .
While we are at it, I might also need a monitor recommendation. I am looking for something cheap, light in weight in case I have to move, and with built-in speakers perhaps.
By the way, I was going to go with a laptop but decided against it. I feel like I just can't get enough for my money there.
Also, I will be buying my parts from Amazon, because that's where I have credit.
