Need help building a mini-ITX rig

Hello, I would like to build a mini-ITX computer for around $600 before the cost of monitor, keyboard and mouse. But including the price of Windows 8.1. I would like a small form factor - if mini ITX is the wrong way to go, please correct me. I want to do light gaming and Photoshop. I was looking at AMD processors but only because they seemed like better deals in my price range. But i have nothing against Intel and can go with them if you think I should. I would like a hybrid hard drive of 320-500GB or more, or a SSD of at least 240GB. I would also like 8GB RAM. For graphics capabilities, I need integrated or dedicated graphics as fast as HD 4400 AT LEAST :).

While we are at it, I might also need a monitor recommendation. I am looking for something cheap, light in weight in case I have to move, and with built-in speakers perhaps.

By the way, I was going to go with a laptop but decided against it. I feel like I just can't get enough for my money there.

Also, I will be buying my parts from Amazon, because that's where I have credit.

It would be nice to go with G3258 at $70
Then ASRcok H81 at $60
Then at memory and GPU maybe a AMD 260X or 270
That should leave enough for a 240 SSD

Can you fit a full sized 260x or 270 in a mini ITX case?

Yep, many of them. But it depends on how small

Its small but one will fit. How small you talking. This case was $40 but takes a special SFX PSU Silverstone SG05BB

It doesn't need to be TOO small. Half to one third the size of a full sizer desktop and I'm happy.

Also, I might still go AMD to get the 4 cores for Photoshop. Just so you know.
