Great game with some great ideas. Biggest issue is that they used their client code for their dedicated server application. While playing online is fun, there are some serious issues with game play in multiplayer. They also use P2P for client-client communication in addition to client-server communication so desynchronization issues are common on multiplayer.

Unfortunately this game becomes CPU limited (while not fully utilizing my i7) when the world becomes really big or physics calculations become heavy. Keen has been slow to fix issues but fast to add new features.

CPU usage is awful, it maxes out 2 cores and doesn't use anymore, and the game gets some serious framerate issues because of it. Particularly when the server is populated with a lot of blocks. Besides that, it's a fun game.
