ADATA Technology, a leading manufacturer of high-performance DRAM memory modules and NAND Flash applications, is pleased to announce the arrival of its HV100 External Hard Drive featuring a sandblasted smudge-free finish and a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface for ultra-fast file transfers. The HV100 arrives feature-packed with G Shock Sensor Protection to help protect your data, and a bright blue/red LED indicator to show data transfer status. Available in 500GB, 1TB or 2TB sizes, you can also enjoy free OStoGO and HDDtoGO software, all backed by ADATA's 3 year warranty.

A Sleek Drive with Smart Features!
With ADATA's HV100 External Hard Drive you can easily back up your personal business files, pictures, movies and other media. Sporting a smooth sandblasted finish, the HV100 is both easy to carry and pleasing to the touch. While a tough plastic case protects your data on the hard drive within, on the outside it also safeguards against smudges and fingerprint smears as you carry it along with you.

When plugged into your PC, a steady bright blue LED indicates power, while a flashing blue LED shows your file transfer status. Compact, lightweight, smooth and stylish, the HV100 is your choice for impeccable data storage and full-featured personal information storage.

Shock Protection / Super Quick USB 3.0
ADATA's HV100 Hard Drive helps you back up your data locally but provides extra protection, too. If your hard drive suffers a severe shock from being struck, ADATA's proprietary G Shock Sensor Protection automatically starts up and displays a flashing red light on your HV100 interface. When the shock has passed, a solid or flashing blue light displays indicating normal operation has resumed.

While your HV100 Hard Drive comes loaded with the latest super-fast USB 3.0 interface, it's also USB 2.0 backwards compatible for legacy devices. The HV100 provides quick access to your data in 500GB, 1TB and 2TB capacities. Buyers of the HV100 also get to enjoy a free copy of HDDtoGO and OStoGO software. HDDtoGO enables one to enjoy true mobility and leave no trace behind when working remotely from your office. OStoGO software allows you install your Windows OS via your external drive.

When it comes to "stylish", Icy Box HDD cases still beat everyone else in my opinion. And those silicone bumpers are awesome. They still look nice, but they eliminate vibrations and corners are extra protected so if drive falls from your hands on the ground, the drive might survive better.
