First things first, do you know what your temperatures are? If not, I'd suggest OpenHardwareMonitor. Check to make sure nothing's hotter than it should be. If you're not sure about any of the temps reported there, you can check in with us here. Assuming you're on the FX 8320 in your system specs, you're probably shooting for something under 60c for your CPU.
If temperatures look okay, you might try some stability tests too. I think some people don't like it so much anymore, but Prime95 should be a good start. Fire it up and watch your temperatures to make sure it's not getting too hot under load.

Edit: Also, if you've overclocked anything, it'd be a good idea to put it back to stock values to make sure that's not the cause.

Please give us some more details. Did you make any changes to your hardware / BIOS settings, any driver updates etc. ? Have you tried booting in safe or Lo Res-Mode? The more specific you are the more likely the folks here will be able to help you. Temps look very good.

Min and max values are only recorded while the program is open, so a max temp of 40c is probably at mostly idle. I don't think that's too bad for a stock cooler, but you might want to keep an eye on it under load.

Under one of the menus at the top, there should be a bit about stress testing. Wprime might be a little more user friendly. I'd suggest running the 1024M test just so it runs for a decent amount of time.
