Computer Wakes Up From Sleep And Goes Back To Sleep?

I built my very own computer with Windows 8 running however, I wanted something new instead of Windows 7 that I've been on for years. Anyways, I put it to sleep, it wakes up and then a little after, it goes back to sleep. Why? It also does turn on in it's own and it's something that Windows 8 programs it to do for maintenance or something and I don't know how to turn that off?

All answers are appreciated, thank you! God bless! Happy holidays!

Hmm, lazy computer!

Sorry for that stupid line, I couldn't resist. :(

Anyways, I put it to sleep, it wakes up and then a little after, it goes back to sleep. Why?
Maybe you have something configured to sleep when idle. Check that on your power settings.

Any chance your using a ASRock motherboard and have the option in bios called Dehumidifier ?.

Users may prevent motherboard damages due to dampness by enabling “Dehumidifier Function”. When enabling Dehumidifier Function, the computer will power on automatically to dehumidify the system after entering S4/S5 state.

All so possible Intel Smart Connect Technology ( not limited to ASRock mobo's )

Intel® Smart Connect Technology keeps content always up-to-date! It means that your email, favorite apps, and social networks are continually and automatically updated even when the system is asleep. Smart Connect will periodically wake up the PC while in a sleep state and check updates for things like email, Twitter, Facebook, etc. No more waiting for the latest world news or friends’ updates to be delivered—just enable this function and you’re up-to-date and ready to go.

Both can be disabled in bios.
