better picture quality for gaming

hello guys

could you help me a bit with my decision - while waiting for a decent 24" 4k monitor I need a 23-24" full hd for gaming - LoL/WoW/D3/SC2

Im looking for a good quality picture with a decent blackness

I narrowed my search to Asus MX239H and Dell UltraSharp U2414H.

price of both is preaty simmilar and both look good on paper but I would like to check with you uuys what do you thing about this

if u have some other options please share them with me

Get a strobing backlight monitor. Makes a world of difference. Benq do them.

first of all i would sugest that if you want to go 4k buy a 27" monitor a 24" is too small for that kind of resolution imo. now, for the second question, i would go for the dell because, better connectivity options, a bit larger size, the only advantage that asus has is the response time.

i have very good eyes and i love high resolution on small screen, like retina and macbook pro, thats why i will buy 4k in 24"

perfect solution would be 24" with 2560x1440 but no1 makes this ...

also atm i have 27" and im a bit tired of sucha big screen for gaming, for me much more comfortable is 21,5-23"

everything depends on the point of view..
i dont know if a 3ms response time difference would be noticeable but if it is then go for the asus
