FPS Lock 63 [AMD or NVIDIA] Crysis 3 / Crysis 1

Hello! I have that stupid 63 fps lock in Crysis 3, but on NVIDIA SLI cards. And i have a 3D (60Hz) monitor. When i use standart monitor (60Hz) - i no have that lock. I try setting minimum with minimum resolution without v-synch - And i got 63fps. I no have lock in BF3/BF4. I have a lock in Crysis 1, but on 24 fps. FPS not locking i this 2 games obly in Windowed Mode. And not locking in all my other games:

Who know how i can fix it?

Same problem for me with 344.75 and crysis1 : stuck with 1920x1080 @ 24fps when switching to fullscreen

I found this simple solution 1 month ago : create a custom resolution in the Nvidia control panel, and set it to 1916 x 1080 @ 60hz ( why 1916 ? : because you can't override the native VESA resolutions, your custom resolution has to be something different)

Then check Enable resolutions not exposed by the display

Close the control panel, launch crysis 1, and select this custom resolution. The framerate should be smooth again.

Why you need more than 60fps with a 60hz monitor anyway?

-Edit: Arent 3d monitors supposed to be 120hz?

2nd Edit: I am playing Crysis 3 right now, just installed it a few days ago.

On max settings(including TXAA set to High) i was getting like 45fps in the distanced areas, and upwards of 60-65 fps inside places. This game is a beast, I am forced to run everything set to high with some other slight changes to get a reasonable fps.

I am using 344.75 drivers and there is no cap for me in Crysis 3. - Perhaps try reinstalling to fix the cap?

I remember getting 24 frames in crysis 1 when I had my 5870 back in the day. Turns out it was a bug in cryengine that it picked the lowest possible refresh rates on an HDMI port. And yeah, inb4, you need to make a custom resolution to fix that.

1) for benchmarking (my config show 80-100 fps with maxed out C3 settings 1080p)
2) its not a monitor - its a 3d smart-tv (i cant select more than 60Hz in windows monitor settings)
3) commands not help, i have no fps limit from console. (with not 3d monitor fps not locking)
