Occasionally buzzing noise \ coil whine in Far Cry 4 menu start on Asus Strix 980.

Hello all.
I have a question.
In Far Cry 4, before menu ,on a screen with PRESS ANY KEY TO START ( 196 fps ) , card occasionally start to buzzing. Not always. Sometimes i can hear a buzzing sometimes not.
So if this is coil whine, coil whine can happens occasionally?
I want to be sure that this is coil whine. So i ask.
So if this is coil whine, coil whine can happens occasionally? Or if it is coil whine it must happen always? Please answer. Thank you my friends.

Try VSync either in game or force it through the driver control panel. I think that it might be the insanely high FPS that's making the card whine, although coil whine is a nuisance it's not going to damage the graphics card.

EDIT: You might get coil whine at load but not at situations like at desktop where there is low or no load to the card.
