And is it a good build? For high end gaming and streaming. Title pretty much says it all lol. Here are the parts (with links, sorry if its alot lol)

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352037
Hard Drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236625
Graphics Card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125684
Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182133
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231476
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132118
Processor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117369
CPU Cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

The only thing its missing i think is a disk drive, but im not sure which one I should pick for it. If anyone could help me with that too, that would be fantastic. Thanks!

Edit: Also using windows 8.1 OS, but i dont think that matters lol :p
Edit: Ah yes, forgot about the case lol... added it.
Edit: Fixed ram to DDR3

The Intel 4th Gen Core CPUs don't support DDR4. You must change the RAM for a DDR3 kit.

Everything else is compatible.

Yes as TRWOV said you'll need DDR3 RAM.
Are you planning on getting a case?
And you could probably take a step down on that PSU; even 450W would be sufficient for such a setup and 550W would be more than enough (and would be enough for SLI with GTX970s if you decide to do that in the future)
Otherwise looks good!

From the parts that you linked I calculated your budget to be about $1200. Have a look at this build. I added also a case, gold rated psu and an SSD for less than that. The PSU and motherboard would allow you to go SLI in the future if you choose to do so. The case is just an example you can choose whatever you like

Edit: Are all those parts broken?
i suspect only the graphics card is broken since we ran GPU-Z to check the graphics card performance and the TDP power consumption was at 170% without any games running and thats what was causing the low frame rate... how do i check if my other parts are operating fine?

Can a keyboard even die if you spill something on it? or just get sticky.
I have a friend that regularly puts his keyboard under a small stream of water to wash out the dirt between the keys and it works after that.
