Yeah, I like where they talk about magnetic fields and it can "only work on conductive surfaces, for now". I mean wtf? "For now"? Are they planning on rewriting physics? The whole notion of riding asphalt rules out any form of magnetic 'hover' board.

Anyway, these companies are all out for the 15 mins of fame. The bloody Maglev trains ARE the first hover boards, run commercially and properly (aside for skirt based air hovercraft). These gimmicks are for You tube and FB zomboids.

What's with that annoying sound? It appears it just has 4 permanent magnets with a light. It shouldn't make any sound.

Very simple idea based on magnets, it will still need a power source, either batteries or a combustion engine of sorts to drive the magnets.
Next step for the real world concept should be pulse or ion propulsion which wont require a conductive surface.
