Help Updating XFX R9 290 Black Edition DD Bios

HI guys i'm new here and I was wondering if I could get some advice and help.

I was dissapointed to find that this card doesn't have a UEFI bios so I contacted XFX to see if there was one available. Wade gave me a file that he said was for the 290x but would work fine with my card as the only difference is performance.

However when I went to flash the bios using atiflash I got a message saying subset mismatch.

I noticed that the file I was given 290EXB61.W81 didn't have the .rom extension that vga bios usually have.

Can anyone help me with this or link me to a compatable UEFI bios for my card?

I told Wade about my issue and he said to RMA the card as that is the standard filetype.

Ill try XFXsupport though. Thanks.
