7990 black sreen after flash

hello I meet a big problem with my graphics card

I flash my hd7990 with the files available on the website and since I have a black screen no image at launch in position 1 or 2 that I do completely lost ?????

graphics card still works the integrated fan management amd the drivers are ok but no picture


the graphics card is always recognized but if I start with another graphics card commits to primary

small precision I launch the flash on windows

I have not caught anything all Gigabyte XFX MSI compliant according to the website

Wat is the exact type of your videocard? And do you have an onboard gpu? Please fill in your system specifications, so we can help you further.

Oh dude what you have done?
before you do anything go to the bios setting and check if your graphics settings have chose PCI-E and then try if nothing changed put it back to Auto or what it was and now the only thing that you can do is downloading your GPU's Exact bios and Atiflash which both of them are available in this site then you must remove every power connector from your gpu then boot the system in pure DOS and use these commands:

Atiflash -f -p 0 "bios file name"(for example: 7990.rom or .bin)
[zero 0 means the first slot and 1 is second and 2 is the third and 3 is the fourth slot]

if you did it and you see there is an error like 0fl01 (in Red specialy)
try this command:
Atiflash -f -newbios -p 0 'biosfilename'
if there was and eror try this:
Atiflash -newbios -f -p "biosfilename"
then if there was an error again which it is so doubtful use this command and try again:
Atiflash -unlockrom 0

(if you have downloaded the bios from the GPU's factory you can RMA it or ask their Experts)

Hi i ran into a similar problem. What do you mean with pure DOS? FreeDOS? Cuz i got windows 10 and i cant find a way to boot into dos...
