the OCZ SSD is likely dead. when SSD's fail they tend to just disappear.

@ mussels .. but i noticed something ... when i put only my ocz in sata ... its truth that i dont see it in bios but if i'm going in bios to put something to boot .. i find "hard-disk" .. and this is disapering again when i use memory stick .. or i connect my other ssd .. so, nothing to see for sure if its dead ? garbadge and thats it ? the end .. so sad

btw .. i will try this http://forum.crucial.com/t5/Crucial...quot-disappear-quot-from-my-system/ta-p/65215 .. maybe its working.

if its not showing in the BIOS except as that 'hard disk' then yeah, its dead. we do have an OCZ rep on the forum over here

Yes... It is not like mechanical hard disks which will most of the times give you a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, nth chance to recover your files.

Backup often or you are lost. SSDs have no sentiments. LOL!

As helpful as Tony seems to be, he probably won't help you with your old OCZ SSD, since they're trying to put all that behind them now that they are a Toshiba company. But you can speak to him nonetheless.
