Asus Sabertooth 990FX R.2 motherboard
AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition Processor
Corsair Vengeance Pro Series - 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 DRAM 1866MHz C9 (CMY16GX3M2A1866C9R)
Sapphire Radeon NITRO R9 380 4GB GDDR5 DL-DVI-I / DL-DVI-D / HDMI / DP Dual-X OC (UEFI) PCI-E Graphics Card 11242-07-20G
EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 80+ GOLD, 850W PSU
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E500B/AM)
Corsair Hydro Series H105 Liquid CPU Cooler CW-9060016-WW
WD Green 2TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5-inch, SATA 6 Gb/s, IntelliPower, 64MB Cache WD20EZRX

I have reseated processor, gpu, all power cables (8pin inc) I have tried with just one stick of RAM, swapped out both, moved them to different slots, moved gpu to pci e 2. Tried booting with just gpu and cooling systems going and still no beeps. Trying everything in combination now. This is the first build I've ever gotten frustrated with. Hoping theres not a compatibility issue but if I catch it quick I can send it back and get new whatever it might be from Amazon.
Yes I have a speaker on mobo. 2 lights come on mobo when power on, sb pwr and cpu. Neither flash. All chassis fans work. All HDs seem to work when plugged in (3.5 spins up). Fans on GPU start for a fraction of a second then stop. Tried resetting cmos and jumper. Tried swapping PSU. Not really sure if I have a spare GPU to throw in there. Soooooo.......any ideas folks?

Since you made sure all power cables were connected, try spare PSU, one stick of RAM, and you verified there is a motherboard speaker, not much else but the motherboard itself. The only thing I would suggest before calling for a mobo RAM is to remove the motherboard and verify you only have a case standoff inserted where there is a corresponding motherboard mounting hole. Note that cases are designed to support 1000s of motherboards of different sizes so it is common for the case to have more mounting holes than the motherboard needs. A common mistake (even by experienced builders) is to insert more standoffs than motherboard mounting holes. So you need to verify that. You might just want to assemble the system outside the case to eliminate the case completely.

1. Disassemble and place all stuff on table. Use provided 24-pin jumper to test PSU only.

2. All cables unplugged from board / devices and other ends unplugged from PSU. My G2 750W has very loose connections in the PCIe cables where they connect to the PSU, so when I first tried to boot after doing the NZXT G10 mod to my 280X, it wouldn't boot because the PCIe power cables were hanging halfway out of the PSU itself.

3. If drives are not all new, try booting with only one of them at a time.

Alright guys I am gonna rip it out of the case and test it that way. Everything is new on this thing. So if its screwed up it happened in transit. Oh and I took extra care to make sure that all standoffs were in proper order but Im gonna take it out of case anyway so Ill check em again.

I think that is wise. If not an extra standoff, perhaps a loose screw or other foreign object found its way under there.

Check out of the case will give you a chance to verify all your cable connections, including the case's front panel connection, make sure your RAM is inserted securely and your heatsink is mounted tightly too.
