Yep, almost everything comes "turned on" when you install W10. First thing I do is go through and turn all the little pill switches to off. Also Cortana is off--have no need for her bitching and complaining all the time. Most of the apps get uninstalled too as have little use for them. Otherwise, W10 is a lovely OS.
