Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 Processor

There's no way your motherboard could be a 3032h -- that's a socket 478 board, and the E7500 is socket 775.

What's the make and model of your system?

CPU support for that motherboard ^

If this is used for anything beyond web browsing, video streaming or basic gaming I would replace the computer entirely. Otherwise it should be fine.

So i can do that ? and yes i have The Hewlett-Packard HP Compaq dc7900 Convertible Minitower
i use it for my videos and gaming and it works perfectly i have 3GB Ram and i have NVIDIA GeForce 210 1GB

YES you can use the Q9650.
But before that you should update the BIOS to the latest revision. Since a microcode update may be needed to support it.
