I'd use it. What if the replacement sits in the mailbox for 3 days? Don't risk it, use what you got.
It's a thermal paste. It's designed to be usable in temperatures ranging from -100 up to +100°C. I mean, they do use them for LN cooling as well. Liquid nitrogen!

Leaving a paste to get hot is more damaging than allowing it to be cold (it tends to separate with heat). In fact if you look at most paste storage recommendations it says to keep it in a cool dark place, and many will tell you they keep it in the fridge for long term storage.

is the tube completely frozen ? store it at ambient temperature, leave it get back to normal temperature again, that paste wont separate like AS5, also leave near hot things for a few minutes then put it your drawer or where ever you are going to store it lad…
