Anyone have any experience with GeIL RMA process?

I'm trying to get my a replacement of my RAM set, one of the sticks started kicking up errors in Memtest86+ recently. I've filled out an RMA form using this link but it's been a couple of days with no reply. I can't find a forum for them anywhere online

There is a good chance that you are dealing with the Chinese new year celebration too, since the company is based in Taiwan.

As to forums, the only place I found years ago for support was TheRaptorPit forums. Looking now it seems it has been a while since anything was posted, and all help was unofficial anyways.

I have ...with some high-end DDR memory where a stick went bad. They were responsive but no longer carried that memory and offered a stick of DDR2. This was about 5 years ago.

I wasn't happy with that but no choice. They were quite fast to respond, but that was 5 yrs ago :/ GL!

Yeah probably gonna be the same with me, I had an Evo Potenza kit. They say on their website they'll replace with the same kit or a better model though so fingers crossed!
