The Alloy FPS is the first keyboard to come out of Kingston's gaming brand, HyperX. It has a minimalist bezel design, features a thick steel frame for rigidity, floating keycaps, backlighting, and the use of Cherry MX switches in various layouts for customers around the world. To help sweeten the deal, HyperX includes a travel sleeve, a USB pass-through, and replacement keycaps as well.

Looks alright, but it will be over priced here.

VSG: the USB pass-thru is real? Older reviews say it is only to charge a mobile phone....
Thank you! Lovely device, although it misses a quick volume knob...

Looks like a decent keyboard, but the lack of using them double-injection mould for the keycaps is a big miss for mechanical keyboard. Should include an RGB switch for it as the LEDs will last a little longer than exposing it to the elements...

USB 2.0 power pass-through only, sorry I clarified it to avoid confusion.

Agreed of the legend printing method, but there is an RGB version of this- at a higher price point as well.

Pricing of this particular keyboard seems to be high, at least in my country. Not that good of an investment, unless you want to sync up your HyperX setup.
Not sure what to say about it, been using it for only a couple of hours for review writing. It just feels like another Cherry Blue board.
I hope it comes with different switches - not just Blue, and of course better lighting (well obviously they're gonna release a RGB version of it anyway).
USB passthrough for connecting a mouse can be nice in some situation, cable is decent.
I might give this one a 7 to 7.5 out of 10 points.

at least it uses steel for the frame instead of cheap plastic. Gonna give this decent keyboard a solid 7/10.

Yep, great build quality, not too heavy. That's another great point about the keyboard.
