Why is the question? Unless you are using the GPU on the CPU ram over 2133MHz really doesn't benefit much.

As far as if that ram will work, it depends on the IMC of your APU. I haven't seen much over 2133MHz personally, but AMD is also not my thing...

Your motherboard will support (up to) 2400mhz memory with manual OC, aka, you'll have to set it to 2400mhz in BIOS. It should work, and the iGPU should see some relative performance increase.

EDIT: The performance increase from 2133 to 2400 is minimal (single percentile)

Your Motherboard does not support ram above 2133(without Overclocking). Once again the question for 2400 is why?
