I just upgraded to 3.9 from 3.8 and my clocks show as 702/999/1782. They are set to 700/1000/1800 and show up that way on Afterburner and all previous GPU-Z versions.

That is because clocks on those cards are done in increments iirc and not exact per-mhz values. GPU-z 3.9 is most likely displaying the correct clocks instead of the forced values you use to set your OC in Precision/Riva/Afterburner, also check the graphs under gpu load in MSI Afterburner to verify that's where your clocks are set to, same with the Sensors tab in GPU-z. Maybe I'm wrong, but iirc with my old 260 instead of showing what I set for clocks, it showed true clocks with 3.9 also.

    DirectorC says thanks.
