I am looking for a decent lower-end GPU that can handle games like CS:S and GMOD better than int. Geforce 6100 can. I have a very small $30 budget. PCI-Express cards please.

I will have a 480W TT PSU, but I also have a 600W I could use. The PSU will have 2 x PCI-E 6 pins. Will be using XP/Win Vista
