Alphacool Launches Eisblock Aurora Coolers for GeForce RTX 4090/4080 AIB Cards

Now even more compatibility for Geforce RTX 40XX GPUs! Alphacool expands the range for active water cooling of Nvidia's Geforce RTX 4080 and 4090 graphics cards with the new and innovative Eisblock Aurora coolers.

Compared to the previous model of the cooler, several optimizations have been made, which perfectly dissipate the enormous waste heat of the new graphics card generation. The modified fin structure enables a very good water flow and increases the cooling surface at the same time. The modification of the jet plate with revised inflow engine furthermore perfects the distribution of the water on the cooling fins. The chrome plating of the copper base over the entire surface not only provides resistant protection against acids, scratches and damage, but also achieves a beautiful homogeneity and special shine.




In addition to the technical improvements, the Eisblock has received a facelift: The Aurora design has become visually calmer and simpler, because only one O-ring runs around the entire cooler. In addition, the design around the cooling fins and around the jetplate provides a clearer look. The illumination using digitally addressable RGB LEDs spreads even more uniformly throughout the cooler as a result of the chrome plating.

The Eisblock Aurora water coolers for Nvidia Geforce RTX 4090 AMP, Nvidia Geforce RTX 4080 AMP-Trinity and Nvidia Geforce RTX 4080 GameRock-Phantom are now available for pre-order in the Alphacool Online Shop, for the Nvidia Geforce RTX 4080 Founders Edition the Eisblock Aurora water cooler is already available in the store.

It only stands to reason that any abrasive stuff is off limits if you aim for longevity. Very likely. I would only use products of the same brand one day especially when the block costs a fortune.
