The EK Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB has a name that will leave you tongue-tied, and if it doesn't, then its performance will at least leave you speechless. Offering top-tier results, stellar looks, and a great warranty, EK seems to have nailed it with this release.

Thank you for the review :) I've been using my white EK Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB for a few months, and it has more than enough capacity and efficiency for all the processors I've thrown at it. I totally agree about the misleading documentation for mounting.

Interesting to see a disadvantage when running on AM5 and it's chiplet design not jiving with the Nucleus copper block. The upcoming Freezer III includes the feature to 'offset' 5mm for AM5... perhaps other manufacturers will have to adopt that approach.

One thing I noticed with mine, the chrome finish on the socket brackets almost instantly started to fail, right where the springs dig into it. I don't know if the chrome fragments are conductive, but I have to use compressed air to clean the mobo after every install/removal on AM4 or AM5. Looks like the paint or coating on the black version is different...

I wonder why did you stop adding Arctic Liquid Freezer II to the comparison charts? As far as I remember there was at least one in 2023. So, what happened? I know the new revision (III) is just around the corner but still it would be good to have it as a reference.

The noise tests are very important for AIOs, unfortunately not the fan noise what is interesting (as the fans can be always replaced to quiet Noctua), but the water pump noise is what I would care.

I agree, it is probably the most popular aio in the market it is weird to not see results of it in the chart. At least include 420mm version so we can see how it compares to 360mm aids.

thanks for the review! Just what i've been looking for... I've been eyeing up the Trinity, A-Freezer and this Nucleus unit and now we have all 3 listed on TPU (with the addition of Freezer III - will be checking next)! Great performing coolers and as always excellent reviews to get some real insight.

Glad the top runners are not tied into proprietary softwares.. ive had a fair share of minor/major issues with the bloat (although have to admit, lately NZXTs CAM has been much better).

Was using an EK AIO for quite some time but despite multiple failures (mainly dead AIO pumps), with one being DOA, moved over to the Arctic LF2 and so far, things have been going well.

The AIO and the Nucleus are not the same thing.
