3850 cooling questions... (VRM and fans)

My 3850 is coming back from RMA tomorrow and I will be fitting an Accelero S1 onto it.
The thing is whether I should get extra RAM heatsinks to fit onto the VRM area.
The 3850 did a heatsink have on the VRM area and I'm not sure if I should leave it bare.
Now I got a question on the Accelero S1- Should I get the dual fan Turbo Module or should I go get a 120mm fan and Blutak it on? The size of the Turbo Module fans ain't specified.

the fans are 80mm each, Accelero S1 comes with a voltage heatsink.

don't use blu-tack use a cable tie your case or power supply may have came with some, says Accelero S1 is compatable with 3850. I don't think it's a problem if the heatsink over hangs the VRM area you may be able to cut the excess off with plyers.

Be sure to get the Rev 2 of the accelero S1 as the Rev 1 is incompatible with HD 38x0 cards.

I was recommended these Ram sinks to use with my Accelero S1 (still waiting for it to arrive: my hardware vendor still hasn't been able to get it :().

Already have 2 Noctua NF-P12 120 mm fans for the VGA cooler and the RAM sinks have arrived as well.

Look @ this thread of a fellow TPUer: it's of a nVidia card but it's the same cooler.

Ok, I got the 3850 back. Quite cool, 30C idle. I'll overclock it soon.
I'm aiming for 900mhz...
