Ok I wondering if its possible, I have seen aome crazy results with previous cards in the pas here in these forums, I am wodering if any one has tried flashing there 4870 to a 4890?

I am not sure if its possible, if it isnt please explain why, thanks guys.

Impossible, the 4890 is a different card physically. There's 3 million more transistors and there's more VRMs. However, if your card's stable at those speeds, you could flash it to 850 core.

I don't think it is possible, mainly because of the different PCB layout.
