Is there any sense to upgrade my PC adding another 4 gb for PC gaming?

You could check Task manager on the memory usage more ram could mean less paging which makes slower loading and some times jumps in some games.

However as your system is aged some a SSD like wiz said could be the solution as they can deliver data faster than HDD's all so when you do get around to a full upgrade the SSD be still worth using were as a extra 4GB of DDR2 wont be.

Samsung 840 EVO are on sale right now at Amazon.

$89 for 120 GB
$119 for 250 GB

I just ordered a 250 GB. From what I've read in reviews they are very nice SSDs.

Edit: I just checked and a Crucial M500 120 GB SSD is $65 on Newegg. It looks like a very nice SSD and a good price.

yeah an ssd will be a nice addition. i cant imagine me working without a ssd as my Os drive lol. i personally think 6gb ram for gaming is the sweet spot but ddr2 can be pricey but u might be able to get some used.

So, when I buy it, I should install OS on it, right? ;) Can I use both, SSD and my old HDD?

Yes, put your Windows 7 on the SSD. It will boot a lot faster. Yes you can still use your old HDD also.
