I bought my 800D at the beginning of May, but it didn't come with the sata3 and usb3 like the guy at Fry's said it did. I emailed their support dept. and now they are sending me the hot swap and face plate upgrades for free. They didn't even ask questions. Their first response was that they were going to send it to me at no cost. Just sent my receipt and that's it. SO sweet!
I am planning on putting some Force 3's in here to replace my Force 120's I have right now, and the hot swap is perfect for my RAID setups. So psyched!
